BY COMPLETING A PURCHASE YOU AGREE TO ALL STORE POLICIES
All items are shipped via DHL or FedEx. Our processing time is 3-7 business days to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. After the processing time is complete, your order is shipped. Shipping takes 5-7 business days to reach you once it leaves our facility. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
No International orders at the moment.
Good Weave Shop isn’t responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the courier service and file a claim. All packages are insured by the shipping courier. We do not hold responsibility for packages after they have been shipped.
Good Weave Shop is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays.
If items have not been received, it can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.
If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to Good Weave Shop, you are responsible for additional shipping fees.

Returns
We offer refunds only, no exchanges. There is a 10% fee on all refunds to cover merchant fees. Our return policy lasts 48hrs. Once you receive your order, you have 48hrs to decide if you would like to keep it or return it for any reason. Items must be mailed back within 48hrs after receiving.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Curly hair cannot be picked through if you plan to return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refunded will processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75.00 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

CAN I COLOR MY STRANDS?
Yes. Good Weave is 100% unprocessed hair that can be colored and/or bleached to any level desired. However, when coloring hair, we recommend that you consult with a professional.
DO THESE STRANDS REQUIRE MAINTENANCE?
Absolutely, treat this hair like your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Check out our Hair product line for the best results. Shampooing and conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable. We recommend deep conditioning your hair once a week or bi-weekly, but avoid using oil or heavy styling products. Please see HAIR CARE tab for more.
HOW LONG WILL MY HAIR LAST?
With good maintenance, this hair can last a lifetime. We put no expiration date on our hair. Please treat this hair as your own. Please remember that excessive heat and/or color can/will result in the reduction of its natural pattern of the hair.
DOES THIS HAIR SHED?
Any hair that has been manufactured and stitched onto a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding. Also, if you cut your tracks, you may experience shedding due to the fact the weft is now broken and strands are easier to slide out. If this happens, seal the wefts to prevent hair from shedding. To help with shedding, each raw bundle is double-wefted. However, to prevent any and all shedding, we recommend that your stylist upon the installation, stitch and knot AROUND the weft and not through the weft of the tracks (if a sew-in install is being done). This will definitely help prevent shedding. Remember, proper maintenance is extremely important and advised. It is also normal to get a few strands here and there when detangling your strands.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP, HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
Our processing time is 1-7 business days to get your order processed and shipped out. Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. We ship hair daily, so it may not take the full 7 business days to process your order. Shipping Time: It will take 1-4 business days to receive your order from the shipping carrier once they receive it, which is after processing time is complete. If you order during a Good Weave Hair Sale, processing time for orders can take up to 5-10 business days. Your order will ship after processing time is complete.
CAN I CHANGE OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted.
MY ITEMS ARE LOST OR STOLEN, HOW DO I GET A REFUND?
Good Weave is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. The customer is responsible for filing a claim with the courier to inquire about a refund. The customer must contact the courier directly and follow their procedures for a potential refund.
